  19. I haven't used g++ but, in the February 1996 issue of Dr. Dobb's, P.W. Scherer,
  20. in an article on tools.h++, says that "Gnu's g++ has had some historical 
  21. compatibility problems with Tools.h++".  He doesn't go into any other details.
